Wills

 

Everyone should have a will.  If you do not have a will, the law will determine what will happen to your assets.

 

If you want to decide what happens to your assets after you die, you should make a will.

 

It is important for your will to be correctly worded to ensure that your wishes are carried out.  We will take the time to discuss your unique situation with you.  Not all final wishes are straightforward and you need an expert to word your will to avoid complications later.

 

Estates

 

When a loved one passes, it is a difficult time.  If you have been appointed the executor, your loved one has not left a will, you have been left out of a will, or simply need advice on where you stand or what needs to be done, our expert estates lawyers can assist.  

 

We offer affordable intial advice which may enable you to administer the estate yourself.  If necessary, we can assist with obtaining Probate or Letters of Administration.  If the estate is a little more complex, we offer a complete administration service.  Fees can be deferred in many cases.

 

Family Provision Application

 

If you have been left out of a will or inadequate provision has been made for you from an estate, you must seek legal advice immediately as strict time limitations apply.  

 

Many cases can be undertake on a NO WIN NO FEE basis.

 

Superannuation

 

We can assist with establishing dependency and other superannuation issues.
